Born and raised on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, Sarah Letarte is a visual creative with a lifelong passion for art and storytelling. Her journey began in elementary school and continued to grow through hands-on experience as an instructor’s assistant at the Honolulu Museum of Art during high school.
Sarah earned her BA in Creative Media from the University of Hawai‘i – West Oʻahu, where she now serves as a Lecturer in the Creative Media program, guiding and mentoring aspiring creatives.
Her portfolio includes a wide range of work including graphic design, illustration, catalogs, commencement art, videography, and social media content. She especially enjoys illustration as a way to blend storytelling and visual design, adding a personal and expressive touch to her projects.
